"I visited there to port my sim and had a really bad experience. The lady who generated token was nice but the lady who had to do the work of porting my sim was so rude. Her name is Deepali Raheja and she had no manners. She was talking as if she is doing this work for charity. If you are getting paid for something then you should do your work properly. I needed to port my sim from jio to airtel and her response was "yhan free ka recharge nhi milta" and even suggested me to go to the nearby jio store to port my sim instead of doing my work. Why would I go to another store if I came at your store for help? She asked me for code generation without instructing me before. How am I supposed to know everything when you have not told me anything yet? You are here to help me then guide me properly. When I asked her that how much time it'll take to port, then she did not even reply clearly. I don't know why does airtel even hire such kind of lazy and arrogant people. Never visiting this place again and I would recommend to not visit this place to anyone."

"PLEASE don’t go here. The most pathetic airtel store i’ve ever been to. Nothing is gonna change until airtel fires the disrespectful, incompetent and completely useless staff working here. This store wasted 2 hours of our time and kept telling me to come back later. Only go here if you want to have the dumbest conversations with people who should IDEALLY know what they are talking about but are completely uneducated at their job. My head hurts after this experience. Pathetic."
